F1a. Participants are expected to visits: https://www.ferendum.com/en/PID758066PSD535350454 in order to vote preferred candidate(s) at the poll.

F1b. Participants are expected to vote ‘one option’, single candidate at the online poll.

F1c. Participants are expected to tender quality coments over representation by choice candidate(s) at the Senate.

F1d. Participants are expected to cross check imputs thouroughly before submiting same, as mistakes might cause delay in collation.

POLL DATE, VENUE & TIME

F2a: De-Super Online Media Contest is schedule to hold on Monday, 30th August, 2021.

F2b: De-Super Online Media Contest is schedule to hold at Ferendum Poll as stated in Figure(1a) above.

F2c: De-Super Online Media Contest is expected to commence at 10am, ending by 4pm.

CASTING OF VOTE

F3a. Participants are expected to cast votes through via link provided in Figure(1a) above.

F3b. Participants are expected to Tick provided b⊙x before candidate/contestant’s name for proper voting process.

F3c. Participants are expected to tender quality comments, explaining why prefered candidate(s) should be endowed with a Meritorious Award as such.

F3d. Participants are expected click on submit option after due process, as stated in Figure(3a – 3c) above

COLLATION OF VOTES & ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULT BY PANELIST

F4a. Panelist are expected to collate voting result from the administrative domain provided.

F4b. Panelist are expected to announce publicly the collation processes and overall winner of the poll/contest

F4c. Panelist are expected to present Award of Excellence to winner of the contest/poll after due Political/Administrative Scrutiny

WINNING PROCESSES

F5a. Contest winner is expected to attract atleast 50% Votes and above, depending on nature of participation at the poll.

F5b. Contest winner is expected to submit for thourough Political/Administrative Scrutiny in order to ascertain his/her records at the Senate.

Note: Voting/Poll site is currently closed and will be opened/cleared for participation on the said date/time as stated in Figure(2a – 2c) above. This is to stop incessant votes before due date.

Do not forget, this contest aims at encouraging our representatives and leaders to adjust where it’s necessary.
