Your Excellency,
For many years, you have graciously, through your actions kept your life as an open book which many Akwa Ibom people and Nigerians draw timeless lessons on unwavering patriotism, selfless leadership, and unfettered reverence for God Almighty, from.
The collective opinion of members of our great Party – the PDP, millions of Akwa Ibom people and indeed Nigerians, has been that as a PDP Governor, you acquitted yourself creditably by laying a firm, solid and sustainable foundation, which other Governors who have led the State with the ticket of the PDP, have come to build the Modern Akwa Ibom on.
As Statesman, your result-oriented and highly insightful takes on diverse issues of National and State interests have contributed immensely to deepening the conversations about leadership and good governance.
It is with great pleasure, that I, therefore on behalf of the entire structure of the Peoples Democratic Party in Akwa Ibom State, warmly rejoice with you as you attain the significant age of 83.
