Hon. Nsidibe Essien promise to use his vast knowledge in the private and public sector to run an inclusive system administration if elected to represent Oruk Anam State Constituency in the Akwa Ibom State House Assembly come 2023.
Essien who is the chairman of Platinum Conglomerates and Platinum Regal Academy in Uyo, says he will run an administration that will give room to open suggestions, programs and activities that will better the lives of his constituents.

“I don’t know how to say what I will not be able to do, I know my ability and I know with my experience in leadership and in business, I will make sure that Oruk Anam LGA and her people have sense of belonging, empowering my constituents will my core duty in the state assembly, I promise have quarterly press briefing to get opinion of my constituents in running a successful administration.”
I will definitely promote education by making sure that students bursary is paid as at when due, scholarships will be given to our brilliant students in public higher institutions within the country, the aged men and women will never be left behind, there is going to be massive youth development and community programs, many entrepreneurs will be empowered. There will be timely response to issues affecting Oruk Anam people and Akwa Ibom people in general.”
Inclusive leaders are individuals who are aware of their own biases and actively seek out and consider different perspectives to inform their decision-making and collaborate more effectively with others.
