WRONGFUL REPRESENTATION OF A BILL
The attention of the member representing Etinan Nsit Ibom Nsit Ubium Federal Constituency, Hon.Onofiok Luke has been drawn to a Bill wrongfully linked to him as sponsor.
The Bill which is titled; “Federal College of Education, Nduo Eduo, Eket, Akwa Ibom State (Establishment) Bill, 2022”. The Bill which was captured on the Order Paper of the House of Representatives today,Tuesday 26 July, 2022 was never submitted or presented by the Honourable Luke.

The purpose of this notice is for the public to disregard it as proper steps have been taken to get the error rectified by the Clerk of the House of Representatives.
Meanwhile, the Honourable Member’s bill for the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (Amendment) Bill, 2022 has been read for the first time today during plenary.
