The Member representing Ukanafun/Oruk Anam Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Rep Unyime Idem has been awarded the 2022 Most Outstanding House of Representatives Member by the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASAN), National Assembly Chapter.
Speaking during the presentation, the Chairman of PASAN, Comrade Sunday Sabiyyi said the award is in recognition of Rep Idem’s outstanding performance both on the floor of the House and in his Federal Constituency. He said the award is part of the events marking the 2022 PASAN Week.
The Chairman who was in company of his Executive Committee Members commended the Lawmaker for being a true representative of his people and encouraged him to continue in the path.
Responding, the Lawmaker appreciated them for finding him worthy of the recognition and promised to do more for his constituents and Nigerians.
He appreciated them for the roles they play in Parliamentary duties and admonished to do more in service to the nation.
He dedicated the award to his constituents.
