SAMPSON IDIONG FLAGS-OFF RURAL ROADS GRADING IN ORUK ANAM
The candidate of the Peoples Democratic party, PDP, for Oruk Anam State Constituency, Prince Sampson Idiong, yesterday, flagged-off rural roads grading in Oruk Anam LGA. This has been one of his routine services to his people in the past 6 years.

Represented by a former vice chairman of Oruk Anam and board member of EARCOM, Hon. Etiutom Ediene, Idiong who kick-started this year’s exercise with the grading of the 10.2 kilometers Idung Ntuk Uma – Ikot Akpan Nsek – Utetok road in Ward 13 of Oruk Anam, said opening up roads in the rural areas remains top of his agenda when elected into the house of assembly.

It would be recalled that earlier this month, Prince Idiong while accompanying Rep. Unyime Idem for project commissioning at Migrant farmers Primary School, Ikot Akpan Nsek, had expressed shock over the deplorable state of the said road and had promise to extend his yearly road grading exercise to the area.

Meanwhile, one of the community members from Idung Ntuk Uma while expressing delight, said the community will never forget Prince Idiong for opening up the road which had been neglected for years. He assured the community’s continuos commitment and faithfulness to the PDP in 2023 and beyond.
