BRANDO GROUP TO REWARD WINNERS OF YAK IKÕM UDOM ESSAY COMPETITION
As part of its corporate social responsibility, the operators of one of Africa’s best digital market places, Brando group of companies is set to reward the six winners of Yak Ikòm Udom Essay competition.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of the firm, Amb. Ubong Brownson, the gesture is part of the company’s contribution towards educational advancement and breeding human capital for Akwa Ibom State.
Recall that the essay competition which is part of the activities by thoughtful citizens to celebrate Governor Udom Emmanuel’s 8 years of superlative performance, had two categories comprising Secondary Schools and Tertiary institutions.

As was published earlier, ₦150,000, ₦100,000 and ₦50,000 will be doled out to the first, second and third positions respectively in the Secondary school category. Similarly, winners in the Tertiary institution category will receive ₦200,000, ₦150,000 and ₦100,000 respectively.
Meanwhile, the organisers of the competition have reassured that professional assessment of the over 200 entries received from participants is ongoing and the 6 winners will be announced on or before mid-night of Saturday May 13, 2023.
