BEWARE OF ACTIVITIES OF UNSCRUPULOUS ELEMENTS

Our attention has been drawn to the circulation of forms purportedly issued by the Directorate of Agricultural Investments, asking members of the public to pay certain amounts of money in order to qualify for a five hundred thousand Naira (NGN 500,000) grant allegedly authorized by the State Government..

We wish to state emphatically and without equivocation, that this is, decidedly the handiwork of scammers as the State Government, has not authorized such a programme.

Members of the public are hereby advised to ignore and discountenance this criminal act, while the law enforcement agents are on the trail of the perpetrators of this scam.
