TWO DAYS WORKSHOP FOR TOP CIVIL SERVANTS IN AKS ON EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND ATTITUDINAL MANAGEMENT

Akwa Ibom State Government through the Office of the Head of Civil Service has approved a two-day workshop for Top Civil Servants on Emotional Intelligence and Attitudinal Management from Monday, 4th to Tuesday 5th April, 2022 by 9am daily.

The workshop organised by Leverage Business Academy, LBA, Lagos, is holding at Breakforth Hotel and Suites, House of Assembly Road, Uyo, will take participants through topical discourse such as: Leadership Development, Team Building, Emotional Intelligence and Power of Habits.

Already two erudite Lecturers, Solomon P. Avbioroko and Fola Daniel Adelesi have done justice to topics like Managing People – Strategic Perspectives and Power of Habits respectively.

Participants at the two days programme who are mostly Directors and Deputy Directors in the different MDAs in the State are in deep appreciation to the Governor Udom Emmanuel-led administration for the numerous training programmes sponsored for Civil Servants toward building the capability of workers for enhanced performance and maximum productivity.

Among the Directors attending the training programme include: Directors in the Ministry of Information and Strategy namely: the Director of Information, Mrs Blessing Urua, Director of Public Relations, Mrs Grace Akpan, Director of Administration, Mrs.Tiuba Nduonofit and Director of Accounts, Mrs Stella Akpanekwere.

The training continues tomorrow, Tuesday 5th April at the same venue.
